Refund Policy

1. The guarantee

If you're not satisfied with Rubric Premium for any reason, you can request a full refund of your most recent payment within 14 calendar days of the purchase date.

No questions, no qualifiers, no exclusions. Whether you used the product or not, whether you generated rewrites or not. The refund is available for any reason.

2. How to request a refund

  1. Email hello@rubric.chat from the address you used to sign up.
  2. Include the date of your purchase (we'll look it up if you don't remember).
  3. We'll confirm receipt within 1 business day and process the refund within 5 business days.

3. What happens after a refund

  • Your Premium subscription is cancelled immediately.
  • Premium-only features (unlimited analyses, rewrites, full history) stop being available.
  • Your account stays open, and you can keep using Rubric on the free tier.
  • The refund returns to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it typically appears within 5–10 business days.

4. Payment processor

Payments for Rubric Premium are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd, who acts as the merchant of record. Refunds are issued through Paddle on our behalf and follow this same 14-day policy.
